How long have you been at Monroe, and what do you do here?
I have been on the Monroe Aerospace team for about 10 years. I currently oversee the day to day for the Sales team.
Describe your background:
I have been in the aerospace industry for a total of 11 years. When I first started with the company (back when it was called East Coast Aviation), I began in the warehouse picking and shipping parts to our customers. Over the years, I grew with the company through various roles and ultimately landed on the Sales team, where I have spent the last 5 years helping our customers by identifying their needs and providing solutions to any challenges they may have.
What are your hobbies?
I love watching pro football…Go Cowboys!
What did you want to be when you were small?
When I was a kid I always wanted to be an X-wing fighter pilot – Ya…I LOVE Star Wars.
Who is your hero?
My hero has always been #22 for the Dallas Cowboys – Emmitt Smith.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I have always loved the state of Colorado.
What is your favorite movie, tv show, or book – and why?
My favorite Movie is Star Wars…who doesn’t want a light saber?!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Mom’s arroz con pollo (rice & chicken)

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
If I could be the offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys for a day…ya that would just be awesome!
