Sheet Metal Screws
Sheet metal screws are a threaded screw used to tighten metal objects together. Unlike wood or dry wall screws, a sheet metal screws shank is threaded all the way to the head of the screw. Available in either self-tapping or standard where a pilot hole is needed, sheet metal screws also feature a number of different head types and slot types. Self-tapping screws should never replace standard screws, bolts, or rivets. See where they can be used in our screw guide.
